SES provides information about and facilitates the sale of high-end event and hospitality packages (e.g., The Masters, Kentucky Derby, F1, and other premium experiences). All bookings and contracts are finalized offline, not through this website.
Content on this site is informational only and does not constitute a binding offer. Availability, pricing, and package details may change. Any booking you make with us will be governed by offline written agreements provided at the time of purchase.
Because we finalize all bookings offline, cancellations, changes, and refund terms are governed solely by your signed offline agreement. Please refer to your agreement or contact us directly with questions.
You acknowledge that live events and travel may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, venue or organizer changes, government actions, transportation issues). SES is not responsible for delays, schedule changes, postponements, or cancellations by third-party organizers or venues. Where a third party provides the underlying service (e.g., hospitality venue, transportation provider), their terms apply.
